    Carlos Roberto is a seasoned professional with a wealth of creative direction, digital marketing, and communications expertise.

     

    He is PÔNT's Sr. Creative Director responsible for promoting the brand, advertising, and digital marketing for sell-side and buy-side strategic buyers and investors outreach.

     

    With over eleven years of dedicated experience, he has cultivated deep expertise in his fields. His efforts have been pivotal in positioning PÔNT as one of the Top 10 M&A firms in Latin America, a distinction awarded by Financial Industry Magazine in 2024.

     

    He has also gained valuable hands-on experience connecting with sell-side mid-market and family business owners contemplating the sale of their companies. Carlos has outstanding experience interacting and communicating with sophisticated buy-sell Senior executives representing Private Equity, Family Offices, Venture Capital, and Strategic Corporate Acquirers.

     

    His expertise includes proactively and effectively reaching out to buyers and investors to increase deal flow and close deals, leveraging marketing platforms and social media, as well as directly reaching decision-makers and family offices. Roberto leads the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at connecting Buy-Side and Sell-Side companies as well as VE and PE investors. He adeptly utilizes specialized platforms such as Inven and PitchBook to identify and qualify leads.

     

    Roberto has founded two successful startups, WorkTank, which specializes in corporate investments and strategic acquisitions, and Doptronix, a digital marketing and creative agency.

     

    Carlos Roberto holds a BSBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Pace's University, Lubin School of Business, a two-year postgraduate certification in Advertising from the Miami Ad School, and a certificate in Industrial Design from the Scuola Politecnica di Milan, Italy. He holds a postgraduate certificate in Investment Banking from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and a postgraduate Certificate in Venture Capital and Private Equity from Bocconi University in Italy. He is Fluent in English and Spanish.
